  • review and overhaul or modification

The above are external exertion.

Now the inner motivation.

  • principles based on the values
  • life vision
  • the three above incarnated as the goals, where a person’s the inner and external¬† join.
  • set mindmatrix or mind battlefield or mind sandbox, you name it, to have a source of spiritual srength(including body strength, as mind and body are two sides of what we truely are) for yourself. Good.

Now I feel the framwork has been in place. It gains its growth and strength and vibrance from ever tweaks and exploraion in countless details. This process, as I see, is called life.
